BOGO Granite Cutting Boards Part 2

We've had requests for YEARS for our custom-made cutting boards. Yes, they're heavy, but BOY are they useful. Great for outdoor kitchens, and strong grandmothers.

What we are known for

Quartzite is the one people come to us for.

Taj Mahal and the white quartzites are beautiful, and they hold up. Quartzite is natural stone, though, so it has to be sealed, or water can leave a mark. We seal it right and show you how to keep it looking good.

  • We had a pipe burst in our kitchen attic and decided to upgrade our countertops as we were going through the restoration process. Rocky Tops is a local business and had great reviews. We walked in on a Saturday and were able to look at and price slabs with Lee that very day! I was determined to pick a quartz, but they had some beautiful granite options that tempted me too. They answered my many questions, and when I went back to compare the slabs with samples of my flooring and paint colors, the team was more than happy to accommodate me. We ultimately went with a Rivera Gold Quartz slab (I performed cost comparisons, and the pricing was very reasonable for this slab). Lee and his team were always friendly, communicative, and extremely flexible with our project timeline (considering we had to have our cabinets rebuilt—it took a while for us to be ready for them to go in). For their part though it was one quick visit to measure, another morning (with good weather) to install, and just like that our countertops are in, perfectly cut, and look exactly like what we’d hoped for! Now if we can just wrap up the rest of the project! Working with the great team at Rocky Tops and our beautiful new countertops were definitely the silver lining to our restoration.

  • 15 years ago these guys did our Kitchen counter tops. Recently we had them replaced with this excellent looking granite. The angle of our counter top and bar and the column presented extra consideration and time. Rocky Top did a great job. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the time and effort it took to create and install our vision. Our install team really did know what they were doing and did a fantastic job! Thank you to everyone at Rocky Tops!

  • I would give Rocky Top more stars if I could. They were ALL extremely professional from us picking out the granite to the install. Lee and Scott were amazing and our installers were so respectful to our home and to us. They did a great job all the way around. I’ll send pictures after my tile gets installed! 😊

  • Ricky Tops Granite and Marble installed the Granite at my church, Crossroads World Outreach Center. The installation was handled timely. The pictures I am adding are right after the installation of the granite however it is still a work in progress, as the final details are underway. Really enjoyed working with them and highly recommend.

  • From the first time my wife and I walked in the door at Rocky Tops we were treated with professionalism and excellent service by Lee Romines. Every call and text message was answered in a timely manner. We went in several times as we gathered our plan for granite counter tops and were remembered and greeted as such. RT came highly recommended from a family member who had used RT as well as friends who had observed their install work in a related field as contractors. Then came install day. The two man crew had great install experience and were kind and courteous. They took their time during the removal of the old tops and as they installed the new granite they cleaned up continuously and took great care not to damage anything in our home. We couldn’t be more satisfied with Rocky Tops. Scott, the owner, was hands on during the project as well. We highly recommend Rocky Tops for your home improvement project.

How we work

Bring us a sketch on a napkin. We will take it from there.

You do not need a finished plan. A rough drawing and a few measurements are plenty to start. We have been quoting from kitchen-napkin sketches since 2020, and most shops still will not do it.

When it is time to measure for real, we template with a CNC laser. That is how your counters fit right the first time, so a busy bar or an odd corner lines up the way it should.

The process

Simple, and no surprises.

Most folks have never bought countertops before. We keep it easy and tell you what is next at every step.

Come in or send a sketch

Stop by the showroom or send a drawing and a few measurements. We talk through stone and give you a real number.

  2. 02

    We template with the laser

When you are ready, we measure your space with a CNC laser for an exact fit.

  3. 03

    We fabricate your stone

We cut and finish your slab in our Cayce shop, edges and sink cutouts included.

  4. 04

We install and stand behind it

We set it clean, and if it ever needs attention down the road, you call us.

For the two of you

Can't agree on a countertop?

One of you wants light and calm, the other wants drama and movement. That's normal. Answer a few quick questions on your own, then we'll show you where you already agree and a short list of stone you can both be happy with.

Why people stay with us

A customer once called about a sink that had worked loose from a counter we’d set years earlier. We drove back out, re-secured it, and didn’t charge him a dime.

Most of our work comes from people we’ve helped before and the folks they send our way, and that only happens if you stand behind what you build.

Come see slabs in person.

Photos never do the stone justice. Visit the showroom in Cayce and we will pull slabs so you can see the real thing.
